ETIKA JUAL BELI ONLINE DALAM ISLAM

Technological developments have changed the way people make buying and selling transactions. In the digital era, people prefer to buy and sell online, because it is more efficient and effective. can be done anywhere. However, this creates a variety of new problems such as opportunities to commit fraud, inappropriate payments and delivery of goods, unsecured guarantees, which ultimately result in losses to one party or both parties. This study aims to determine ethics in the implementation of online buying and selling according to Islam. The author uses qualitative research methods with library research methods. The results of the study indicate that the ethics of buying and selling online must prioritize the values contained in the Qur'an and hadith. These values include unity, balance, free will, responsibility, truth, virtue and honesty. The purpose of applying ethics in online buying and selling is to protect the benefit of individuals, property and the state. It is also a form of respect for every soul. By applying Islamic ethics in buying and selling, a healthy and blessed business climate will be achieved so that an Islamic society structure can be achieved. The first ethics of buying and selling online is not buying and selling in vanity that brings injustice to others such as usury, gambling, ghasab (stealing), treason, dishonesty, cheating, committing perjury, hoarding goods, monopoly, while selling ethics the second online buying is to please each other by being friendly, not criticizing other people's business. With the application of these two buying and selling ethics, benefits will be achieved in life both individually, in society, and in the state.

IMAN DAN AKHLAK DALAM SAINS PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN

Along with the passage of times and era, the development of science and technology is accelerating. In this era of society 5.0, various sophisticated technological innovations were developed, among which were quite viral, such as metaverse technology. The progress of science and technology must be framed with morals, and in the Islamic perspective it must be based on morals, so that science and technology bring great benefit to humans and nature. Because without being framed by morality, the progress of science and technology can become tools and means that destroy the natural order and humanity. This paper uses a literature study method based on the study of the Qur'an. The result of writing is that faith and morals are very important in science. Science without the value of faith and morals will have a detrimental impact in the form of damage in many aspects of life. Morals in the world of science include good morals towards fellow humans, towards animals, towards plants, and towards inanimate objects.

DAKWAH LITERASI DAN PERANANNYA DALAM MEMBANGUN MASYARAKAT BERPERADABAN DALAM Q.S. AL-‘ALAQ AYAT 4-5

A survey showed that Indonesia have very low literacy level, which is ranked 62 out of 70 world countries, with 0.09 national ratio between reading materials and total population of Indonesia, which means one book was reserved in order for 90 persons per year. The underwhelming literacy culture in Indonesia was caused by the average citizens consideration of writing as a difficult, irritating and unimportant task. This leads to them interpreting writing activity as a routine task of doing copy-paste (copying existing works of literature), recording, and relying on memorization, even though humans tend to forgot many things everyday. The purpose of this research is to understand the definition of literature da'wah and its role in creating civilized societies, and to study the various mufasir opinions regarding the interpretation study of Q.S. al-'Alaq verses 4-5 which explains literature da'wah and the strategies in performing literature da'wah and find its role in creating civilized societies. The research type is library research in which it is a qualitative research type that tends to analize data inductively. This research type only observe and report adequately while prioritizing more on gathering data. This study delivers conclusion in form of literacy da'wah strategies and its role in creating civilized societies within perspective of Q.S. al-'Alaq verses 4-5 with five methods, in which the first one is to implement awareness on the importance of reading from childhood; the second, is to read and write as much as possible; the third, is to improve writing skills; the fourth, is to encourage creation of credible writing mediums; and the last method, is to encourage fair regulation of writing profession and credible media companies

NIKMAT KEMERDEKAAN DAN CARA MENSYUKURINYA DALAM TINJUAN AL-QUR’AN DAN HADITS

In this August, the Indonesian people are commemorating and celebrating their 77th Independence Day (HUT). However, humans in responding to these favors there are those who deny and do not want to admit it. And there are also those who have acknowledged and are grateful, but they are still wrong in expressing their gratitude, and then there are also many people who abuse the grace and love of Allah SWT. The presence of this research aims to provide awareness to Muslims, in particular, and to mankind in general, that every gift of pleasure they get must be grateful for, and should not be disapproved of. In addition, this study also aims to provide guidelines, as well as instructions for Muslims how to express their gratitude for the blessings they have received from Allah, the Most Gracious and Most Merciful. The methodology used in this research is library research, namely by collecting data, including verses related to the theme of gratitude, along with several books of interpretation. So that the understanding of the data is able to inspire the message and its value, so that it can be applied to the context of the pleasure of independence. The results of this study indicate that there are many residents who think that the Indonesian Independence Day is a fun activity and a moment of mere fun. This is evidenced by the many events and activities that are almost filled with joy, and even partying. Therefore, the feeling of joy which is an expression of gratitude requires direction and guidance so that all forms of joy are directed to gratitude which has the value of worship, and can produce rewards that can be harvested later in the hereafter.

METODOLOGI TAFSIR AYAT-AYAT HUKUM K.H. AHMAD SANUSI (Studi Analisis Kitab Raudhatu al-’Irfân fî Ma’rifati Al-Qur‘an)

K.H. Ahmad Sanusi, an early twentieth-century interpreter, wrote Raudhatu al-'Irfân fî Ma'rifati Al-Qur'an. In addition to being a prolific writer, he was well-known for his ability to argue and frequently served as a conflict arbitrator. Even in the political field, he entered the ranks of freedom fighters with his election as a member of BPUPKI. His activities and fiqh tendencies in his works encourage the writer to investigate how to interpret legal verses and the methodology of istinbath law in his tafsir. The author employs a descriptive analytical method in conjunction with a qualitative approach. Tafsir, which was also a form of contribution to the thoughts of K.H. Ahmad Sanusi on the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an in Indonesia, was written in the Pegon script, in Sundanese loma, and uses the ijmâlî method. Analysis of the use of the ijmâlî method with legal explanations in the form of pointers as a step to make it easy to understand, because this tafsir is not only taught in Islamic boarding schools, but it is also studied by the general public. As for the legal istinbath, the law is served instantly. By paying attention to the rules of tafsir and ushul fiqh, he refers to the books of classical tafsir. It occasionally displays the opinion of fiqh expert priests and judges Imam Shafi'i's opinion.

KEUNIKAN ISTIMEWA BAHASA ARAB

Like other languages in the world which have their own uniqueness , Arabic is scientifically proven to have its own advantages that make its uniqueness special . Although the number of speakers is still below some other languages, Arabic with an orderly grammatical structure, definite phonetics and beautiful rhetoric has managed to maintain its authenticity as a classical language that still exists without being affected by new cultures over time. The use of Arabic as the language of the Qur'an and Shari'a is the cause. By definition , what is officially counted as Arabic is Arabic fushhah or fluent and not the local language or ' âmmiyyah which has various dialects and has been contaminated . Through a qualitative literature study, this paper finds that behind the uniqueness of its detailed language structure, Arabic is more able to save its meanings from ambiguity than other languages
