The Evidentiary Status of the Maqlub Hadith in Hadith Scholarship: A Critical Analysis of Authenticity and Reconstruction Methodology

Penelitian ini mengkaji hadis maqlub—yakni hadis yang mengalami pembalikan atau pertukaran pada sanad, matan, atau keduanya—serta menganalisis apakah hadis tersebut secara otomatis tertolak sebagai hujjah (dalil). Menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis secara deskriptif-analitis, komparatif, dan kritis terhadap literatur ulumul hadis klasik, syarah hadis, maupun penelitian kontemporer untuk mengevaluasi konsep, bentuk, faktor penyebab, metode deteksi, dan status kehujahannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa label maqlub tidak serta-merta menandakan ketidakabsahan substansi hadis. Riwayat maqlub dalam bentuknya yang keliru memang tidak dapat dijadikan hujjah. Namun, jika pembalikan tersebut berhasil diidentifikasi dan bentuk aslinya dapat direkonstruksi melalui jalur periwayatan yang lebih kuat, riwayat yang telah dikoreksi dapat meraih status sahih atau hasan berdasarkan penilaian menyeluruh terhadap sanad dan matan. Dengan demikian, nilai kehujahan suatu hadis tidak semata-mata ditentukan oleh label maqlub, melainkan oleh kemampuan kritik hadis dalam menemukan bentuk riwayat yang valid.
